Berean Youth Clubs is hosting an indoor climbing activity on Saturday, September 22 at the Dyno-Rock gym in Arlington. BYC members and guests depart from the Berean gym at 8:00 am. We will return to the Berean gym after a challenging morning of climbing. After a time of Bible study and a pizza lunch, we should finish at 1:00 pm. All this for only $20!

BCA Parent-Student Night
Berean Christian Academy will be hosting Parent Student night on Friday, September 28, beginning at 7:30 pm. Parents will visit their children’s classrooms with students and teachers present. Pray for a great turn out. If you know parents who might be interested in Berean Christian Academy for their children, they would be welcomed to attend.
Church Business Meeting
The annual church business meeting will take place on Sunday, October 7 after the Lord’s supper service, which begins at 6:00 pm.
Rally Day
The dictionary provides three definitions of the word, ‘rally:’
Rally: An assembling or reassembling of troops; a rapid recovery to a normal condition after exhaustion or depression; a mass meeting to arouse enthusiasm.
We will be celebrating Rally Day, in each of the above senses on Sunday, September 30, 2007. The day will begin with Sunday school at 9:30 am. If you have gotten out of the habit of attending, Rally Day will be a great time to renew your commitment to learning God’s word at every opportunity. Morning church beings at 10:45 am. We will take a few minutes to recognize the youth who have been promoted to an older class. After our regular services, we will meet again at 4:00 pm for honoring the Lord through testimonies and song. At 5:00 pm we will enjoy an agape feast together (call Mrs. Duncan or Mrs. Holt if you need a suggestion about what to bring). A special evening service will follow at 6:30 pm. Please honor the Lord by being on time to each meeting. Rally day is a great time to invite friends and family members to get acquainted with the ministry here at Berean.
